The challenges reward you with collection items, once you completed a challenge click on it in the menu to receive the collectible rewards. For 100% completion you need all collectibles and challenges, except you only need 180/236 Field Guide Pages because there are more than needed for challenges. The Assignments unlock new Spells and all become available with story progress. There are 4 types of quests: Main Quests, Side Quests, Assignments, Relationship Quests. Most collectibles are unavailable during the story because to access them you need spells unlocked later in the game. After the story you can still free-roam and return to all places that contain collectibles or side quests. Knock out all-new Player Journey and Legends Puzzles.
